Cookery is a rewarding career offering many exciting opportunities, both in Australia and internationally. This course will give you the necessary skills to become a qualified cook in a commercial kitchen. In this course, students will learn all about the organization, preparation and presentation of food. You are also trained in many different methods of cookery

This course is delivered over 40 teaching weeks plus 240 hours for work Placement

IELT 4.5 or Complete Intermediate at CCEB.
